SGS Industrial Services assembles in Caorso, Italy, for new customer SAIB spa.
Our scope of work
SAIB spa. entrusted the #SGSteam with the mechanical assembly and electrical installation of the extension of the oversize material recycling plant in Caorso, Italy. Within 6 weeks, the #SGSteam will take over the assembly of the steel construction as well as the mechanical assembly and electrical installation of the conveyor systems, the sorting machines as well as the filter and the suction lines.

Our scope of services includes the mechanical assembly and electrical installation of the conveyor systems and sorting machines. Our order is completed with the assembly of the filter and the suction lines for the new part of the recycling plant.
About our customer
SAIB is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of engineered wood products in Italy. The family-run company produces around 600,000 m3 of raw and coated chipboard with around 200 employees at the Caorso (IT) site. The Italian furniture industry is mainly supplied with the innovative and high-quality design products. SAIB is a leader in the circular economy and has been using 100% recycled wood in its production for almost 30 years.
