Installation across seven levels
The installation spans seven steel platform levels, which are constructed in parallel with the conveyor systems. This simultaneous construction requires continuous coordination with WITRON and other trades to ensure smooth workflows. Our team strategically lifts the conveyor components into the respective levels, ensuring optimal efficiency during the assembly process.
Challenges
The special challenge of this project is the parallel construction of the steel platform structures alongside the conveyor system installation. This necessitates constant communication with other trades to maintain seamless operations. Our teams must ensure that future construction phases remain accessible at all times while lifting and assembling the conveyor equipment across multiple levels.
Additionally, the compact design of the distribution center requires precise coordination of all resources to ensure the smooth and timely execution of the installation.
