SGS Industrial Services GmbH takes over significant parts of the business operations of Kurt Schuhmacher Industriemontagen GmbH & Co. KG and expands its business activities

SGS took over significant parts of the operational business of the insolvent Kurt Schuhmacher Industriemontagen GmbH & Co. KG and thus expanded and strengthened the range of services in the area of mechanical assembly and maintenance. For our customers, this means even more specialist staff, even greater technical know-how and the certainty of a strong contact partner.

SGS Industrial Services GmbH is a leading provider of industrial assembly and project services. We are pleased to announce that we took over significant parts of the operational business of the insolvent Kurt Schuhmacher Industriemontagen GmbH & Co. KG, based in 47506 Neukirchen-Vluyn, from the insolvency administrator Dr. Sebastian Henneke, Partner bei Streitbörger – Insolvenzverwaltung | Sanierung. The takeover of the company with 75 employees marks a significant step in the growth strategy of SGS Industrial Services GmbH, based in Dorf an der Pram/Upper Austria. It strengthens the presence in the central German economic area.
